My Vita-mix blender rules in the kitchen - lots of veg and fruit juices, even kneads dough for homemade bread - great for the old RA handsThumpUp

Did you get that in Costco Barbara? They're doing it for £387. I see them demonstrating it quite regularly. It looks impressive. It looks good when they bung cabbage in the ice cream and you can't taste it!BigGrin

Thats one way of eating ones greens by putting into icecream! Laugh

Barbara - are you serious about bread kneeding being good for your hands or are you saying the blender is good for our hands cos it does the work. Confused

We drink Green tea and jasmine tea here and green tea can help fight cancer that has been researched!

My diet is so simliar to Barbara's that I could have written it myself! LOL

I make our bread but we don't eat bread every day anyway...usually it is brown bread but sour dough is best...(required taste!)

The 'diet' we follow is totally different to any other way of eating and promotes lots of animal products and full fat cream and NO dietary foods whatsover as they are very bad for one's system.

I also grill lots of seeds and nuts for snacks...delicious!

Hi Christine,

My diet was prescribed to me by a doctor in nutrition sort of like Gillian McKeith, but without the quackery.
